About the event

Unfortunately, due to the rain we were forced to cancel the screening on September 26. It has now been scheduled for this Saturday, October 5 in conjunction with Derby Reach Park Day. Doors at 4pm, showtime at 4:30pm. It will take place at Derby Reach Park Heritage Area, but we will use the barn located onsite so that weather is not an issue. Please bring your own chair and drinking water. Kettle corn will be served.

In this screening held , local filmmakers explore the Fraser Estuary, the river delta beneath the urban sprawl of Vancouver. The filmmakers desire to use this film to bring the soul back to the Fraser, through educating the public about the ecological history they walk on.

Roadside parking is available. RSVP to exec_director@leps.bc.ca for planning purposes.
