Members Only Nature Stroll: Forest Bathing

Come experience an introduction into the realm of forest bathing or shinrin-yoku as it is known in Japan. Our guide, Cindy Hayto, will lead you through a relaxing and revitalizing 60-minute nature immersion experience designed to engage the senses and calm the mind, better connecting you to the natural world. No matter the season, nature in Derby Reach has so much to offer! Led by a physiotherapist, outdoor enthusiast, and dog lover!
